Executive - Quality Assurance/Contract Manufacturing - Pharma/FMCG

We have urgent opening of Executive Quality with one of the leading MNC. This position will be based in Paonta sahib/Baddi.

Job Description:

- Implement Company QMS at all third party sites manufacturing products

- Help the Manufacturing sites within to identify, analyze and mitigate the quality matters. In case required, escalate the issues / concerns / risks and request support for mitigation.

- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the company's quality system and policies into compliance with quality system requirement

- Ensuring compliance with national and legislations

- Manage and maintain the company's quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in process materials and components, processes and finished goods

- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports

- Ensure specification and process control is established, understood, and maintained within the manufacturing activities across sites.

- Ensure that material is purchased from supplier who can provide quality material on consistent basis.

- Maintain professional awareness of technical innovations and regulatory changes which will have a material effect upon product manufacture, giving guidance and counsel to senior management on sites and within the business to ensure awareness, making recommendation as appropriate.

- Evaluate third party site audit findings and responds to these findings with globally-aligned process and procedure improvements that drive system compliance, efficiency and effectiveness.
