Executive - Performance Management System

PMS Executive

- Opportunity to work with the Global Client of InnoQuest.

Location : Bangalore

Roles and responsibilities :

- Manage end to end the Performance Management Process for the aligned location or divisions.

- Work with all Stakeholders to drive closure of assessments as per timelines.

- Handle payouts of variable pay.

- Provide assistance to the entire PMS process including salary revisions/appraisals.

- Orient new joiners on the PMS process.

- Provide support and assistance to supervisors in drafting SOPs and checklist on PMS process.

- Research on KRAs and Competencies applicable for new roles and create assessment templates.

- Able to do analysis of performance data as per business needs.

- Maintain performance management files and guidelines (e.g., Divisonwise KRA & CA files, approval emails, performance review guidelines).

- Monitors process related information regularly and ensure adherence to process guidelines.
