Brand and Credibility: You will operate under the prestigious brand name of 'The Recruiters', leveraging our 20+ years of experience and a portfolio of referenceable clients to generate new business in Recruitment and HR Consulting. 2. Office Access: You may use our Gurgaon office premises five days a week (Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, excluding public holidays) with access to office support. 3. Brand Inclusion: Your profile will be featured on our official website as part of the Management Team. 4. Official Communication: You will be provided with a company email ID under 'The Recruiters' domain. 5. Best Practices and SOPs: We will share our standard operating procedures and best practices, refined over two decades, to help you deliver high-quality outcomes from day one. You are, however, free to adopt your own working style. 6. Standard Contracts: You may use our standard client contract terms. Any deviations from standard terms must be mutually agreed upon with The Recruiters. 7. Job Postings and Database Access: You will have access to job postings on our job site subscriptions and occasional access to the job site database, subject to availability. 8. Business Cards: You may print visiting cards following our standard design at your own cost. 9. Referral Opportunities: If we choose to decline any business inquiries for any reason, we may refer them to you. 10. Hiring Flexibility: As your business scales, you are welcome to hire freelancers or full-time resources at your own cost. Please note that such hires will not have access to our office or resources. Financial Terms: 1. Billing and Invoicing: All billing for business generated and delivered by you, including GST, will be handled by The Recruiters. 2. Revenue Share: After completion of the replacement period, you will receive a 70% revenue share of the base billed amount on all business you generate and deliver, subject to TDS at applicable rates. 3. Referral Revenue Share: If business is generated by you but delivered by us, the terms of the Referral Revenue Share Contract will apply. 4. If after completion of 3 months, there is no revenue generated or no revenue pipeline, then the Executive Partner will be charged a fixed fee of Rs. 20,000/= per month starting from Month 4 for all the benefits extended.
