Executive Manager - Workforce/Employee Management - Big4

This is a Global role and would require someone who has or is managed global locations and has a sound understanding of the WFM domain.

- Experience in Forecasting/Staffing/Scheduling/Real Time Management process

- Experienced with any of workforce planning platforms: Genesys WFM, Aspect, Verint Impact 360, IEX

- Should have done people management.

- Experience with contact routing solutions required

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to build relationships with all levels of management and staff

- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent written, verbal, analytical and communication skills

- Excellent planning and time management skills

- Ability to think creatively by reviewing data and trends to develop real time action plans

- Expert in Excel, Access and PowerPoint
