Roles and Responsibilities;

1.Servicing of debt (borrowings) like debt repayments, hypothecation, covenant compliance etc.

2.Assisting in DA/PTC transactions by managing selection and audit of eligible pools.

3.Servicing of DA/PTC pools by preparing trustee reports and coordinating with trustees.

4.Day to day cashflow and liquidity management

5.Book closure activities w.r.t entire borrowings cycle and preparation of necessary debt schedules and reports
