- Will be responsible for owning of particular Service Line or Location or any specific unit.

- Will own the business metrics.

- Must have done Demand forecasting, Campus Deployments, Bench Management, Demand-Supply gap management.

- Will Coach & mentor the teams

- Must have managed stake holders.

- Must have done complex resource allocation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- MBA / Post Graduate mandatory
