Executive Manager - Product & Technology - .Net Framework - Software

- Provide technical thought leadership and solve technical problems for the team by providing guidance as required as part of capability 

development.

- Build and improve existing capabilities in product development and technology as part of India's Operating Model Transformation strategy to become a centre of excellence in product and technology to support the organization globally.

- Work closely with Australia product and tech team, recruitment team and stakeholders to build high performing product and technology teams.

- Work closely with the EM of service delivery and performance to help manage pipeline of technology projects, resourcing requirements, utilisation of resources and secondment requirements so that the right outcomes are achieved to the satisfaction of the stakeholders and India leadership team.

Profile :

Must-haves:

- 15+ years of experience in technology focused roles

- Development experience in the Microsoft technology stack

- Experience of managing teams of minimum 20+ members

- Extensive hands-on experience in application development, commercial product development, software development lifecycle, product design & architecture

- Strong capability of building high performance teams

- Excellent leadership skills and stakeholder management including senior leadership

- Technically proficient enough to command respect within the Australian fraternity

Good-to-have:

- Experience on big data technologies would be preferable

- Experience of working on Azure cloud technology would be an added advantage

Industry background: open (as long as the person is technically hands-on); Data or Analytics background would be an added advantage
