1. Develop range of Construction Chemicals

2. Making Product Data Sheets, MSDS and application literature for Formulation of Construction Chemicals etc.

3. Evaluation of raw materials

4. Analysis of technical samples of products received during various stages of usage and providing appropriate feedback to them.

5. Performing the inspection and testing of regular production batches as per specifications. In case of non-conformance, finding the cause for failure and taking corrective actions.

6. Raw materials, intermediates products and packaging materials also tested for quality

7. Evaluation of various competitor samples for comparisons and research purpose.

8. To carry out, maintain and review calibration schedules of lab Equipment.

9. Preparation of standard specifications for quality check

10. Preparation of product data sheet

11. Preparation of material safety data sheet

12. Transfer of technology to production

13. Conduct successful trial

14. Modification in formulation on basis of experience during trials

15. Sourcing of raw materials

16. Substitutes / alternate raw materials in formulation

17. Preparation of manufacturing procedure for production with all details of controls such as temperature, reaction time, sequence of addition of raw materials, and intermediate control test (viscosity, water content, ph etc.)

18. Preparation of specifications of raw materials used in formulations

19. Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
