- Must have designed New structures for Performance Management
- One who can ensure that talent resources and services are in line with the business strategy.
- Exp. in providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
- Exp. in knowledge management, people management, done coaching, mentoring, upskilling.
- Must have done Change management at organization level and manged talent risk.
Salary: 19 to 35 lpa
