Job Description :

Finance & Strategy :

- Working Capital Management

- Board, Investor and Bank Management

- Growth Strategy: Revenue, Products & Global Markets

- Statutory Compliance

- Negotiations & Vendor Management

- MIS and dealing with CFO Services

- Profitability Analysis

- Efficiency and ROI Analysis

- Overseeing Operations & Manufacturing Efficiencies

- Systems & Processes

- Inventory and Supply Chain Management

- Daily Accounts per market / region

Key Requirements:

1. Great opportunity for a young and enthusiastic CA & Finance Specialist to get exposure all the key macro's of a business functioning.

2. You must enjoy dealing in number and reading data to garner insights for business gain.

3. The CA must have comprehensive knowledge of all statutory compliances of India insofar taught through the article ship and education process.

4. Must have a structured approach to problem solving and defining business solutions.

5. Good presentation skills will be an added advantage.

6. Must have high proficiency in excel.

7. You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced working environment.

8. You have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

9. Must be a keen learner and ambitious about self-career growth and look at the innings at D'Moksha to propel ones career far ahead than perceived through performance excellence.

10. The role will report directly to the founders.
