Executive Manager - Cyber Security - BFS

Job Description :

- Building and running of the Cyber Global Capability Centre in India including framework, support model and governance structures.

- Day to day oversight of all Cyber Global Capability Centre function which includes the management of the Cyber control onboarding & maintenance and Cyber Operations & Engineering.

- Supporting IAM strategic platforms to transition to BAU support in GCC.

- Deliver a strategic roadmap for expanding to cover the rest of Cyber controls and aligning to Cyber's overall strategies.

- Drive capability uplift and maturity of the GCC function including continuous improvement and service operation and performance.

- Enhance the agility of our Cyber systems to allow faster, cheaper and easier on-boarding, and support an overall more agile Enterprise Services & cooperate with central ES functions (e.g. ITD&A and CTO) to assist with operational decisions and technology selection across Cyber.

- Help reduce the overall (gross) and relative (unit) cost of our services.

- Proactively manage risk, internal, and external audit obligations and responsibilities.

- Be an active voice on the Cyber Leadership team and assist the GM of IAM and the Cyber LT with other duties as required.
