Position : Executive-HR (Plant / Factory Generalist) with involvement in 2-5 Unions Management, 12 (3) union Agreements
Qualification : Any Graduate & MBA(HR)/PGDHR/PGDIRPM /MBA(IRPM) With 60% and above marks score is must across all academics (10th Class - 60%, 12th - 60%, Graduate/ Degree - 60% and MBA/PGDHR - 60%) & Preferably from XISS, XIMB, LIBA, MSSW Colleges

Preferably from Paints/ Adhesives/ Liquids Factories, Steels/ Aluminium/ Metals, Textiles, Cements, Tyres/ Rubber, Auto mobile/ Auto Equipment, Tea, Coffee, Agri Processing, FMCG/ Consumer durables, Synthetic/ Polymer/ Rayon Processing companies etc..
- Age below 30 years
- 1-5 years experience as Generalist HR (Plant/ Factory)
- Employee Relations (ER) Strategy implementation and monitoring
- ER systems and processes review, design and implementation at all the units
- ER systems and processes audit at the unit
- Develop alternate approaches to wages & welfare
- Structuring for unionized employees aligned to business requirements
- Conduct Surveys & Benchmark best practices - both internal and external
- Continuously assess & ensure compliance on impact of applicable legislation education on legal matters
- Budget, manage and review non-management costs
- To assist the units on all the ER related Legal Issues
- To anchor the Long Term Agreement process for the unions along with the ERM and the unit HR teams
- Non-Management Welfare Management
Salary Range: 4 - 10 LPA
