Position : Investor Relations Executive

Location : Mumbai

Education : MBA-Finance/ CA

Job Responsibilities:

- Bench-marking the quarterly financial and operational performances of the various businesses along with their competitors and other strategic developments impacting the businesses

- Interaction with the investors, communicating the business strategy and performance on a regular basis.

- Assisting in special projects for the purpose of Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestments relating to the potential targets identified by the Senior Leadership

- Assisting in preparing board presentations and performance reviews for the discussions regarding the organization's financial & operational performance with the Directors

- Detailed competitive analysis of various players; working on engagements with regard to the acquisitions and consulting clients both nationally and globally.
