SCREENING and SOURCING
- Co-ordinate with department leads to determine staffing needs and prepare JD's accordingly
- Sourcing - posting jobs on job portals and social media
- Screening - collecting resumes in Job Portals and Social Media as per requirement
- Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
INTERVIEW
- Perform telephonic and face to face interviews of candidates
- Co-ordinating interviews with department leads /managers
- Followup and close the scheduled interviews
- Perform reference and background check as and when required
VENDOR / AGENCY CO-ORDINATION
- Maintain good rappo with vendors to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Think out of box solutions to hire right candidates
- Develop a good eco-system of third parties from whom good candidates can be sourced
- Co-ordinate on hiring freelancers and contractors, conducting campus interview as and when required
EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING & EXIT
- Conduct Induction for the new joined employee
- Coordinate with the IT Team and Admin Team for Email Id, ID Cards, Laptop/ Desktop Arrangements & Seating Arrangements, etc
- Hand Over Offer Letter and Appointment Letter and confirmation letter
- Perform Exit Interview and co--ordinate for full and final settlement
- Co-ordination with HR Generalist
