Job Title - Executive - HR Location - AMBERNATH Reports to - AGM - HR Role Objective Primarily responsible for all HR related activities for manufacturing set up. Principal Accountabilities Operational Coordination of all HR related activities in plant - Managing recruitment at Plant - Monitoring reports &amp; smooth functioning of Scrum system - Co-coordinating for Overtime data - Work closely with AGM HR on all compliance adherences in plant - Onboarding &amp; Induction formalities of new hire - Coordination of Buddy Program - Coordination of all sort of training interventions at plant - End to end execution of Buddy program - Any other Adhoc reports related to hiring data - Design &amp; implement Employee Engagement Calendar - Preparing IR Index on Quarterly basis &amp; monthly HR MIS - Co-ordinate with YIT Females - On boarding of contract labour - Assist in preparing new polices &amp; implementation - Actively participate in Annual Family Picnic, New Year celebration etc. big events. - Primary Interactions Internal - Business Unit Head, Functional Leaders. - External - External HR mgr. for benchmarking data, HR Forums, HR Consulting Companies. - Education MBA/ PGDBM or relevant qualification in HR. - Experience 2-4 years well rounded HR experience Knowledge and skill set - Exposed to all areas of HR ( versatile ) - High Inter-Personal Skills - Good communication ability at One on One as well as Public Speaking level - Leadership quality to be a Self -Starter &amp; result oriented - Ability to work easily in a matrix environment
