Job Location : Cyber City Area, Gurgaon.

The Organization intends to hire on a 3rd party pay-roll basis.

Following are the job specifications that can be considered for the role :

1. Maintain the confidential data of all the employees consisting of salary records, attendance records etc.

2. Set-up HR-Open houses to resolve various HR, Payroll, taxation related query of employees.

3. Strong in HR operations and streamlining of Payroll and Compliance Management.

4. Assist in talent acquisition processes for BMW - India.

5. Ensure the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely.

6. Take initiatives in employee engagements.
