- To bring to the notice of factory management, the grievances of workers, individual as well as collective, with a view to securing their expeditious redress and to act as a Liason Officer between the management and labour
- Advise the management on labour issues,
- Adequate knowledge of managing Industrial Canteen, Medical, Guest houses, Security and Time office facilities.
- Anchor and Lead employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Handle end to end recruitment of unionized category employees (Technicians)
- Anchor and conduct sports, cultural activities and events at factory.
- Total Statutory compliance as per Factories act.
- Support Plant HR team in regular and special activities
- Should know Telugu Language (Mandatory - Reading, Writing and Speaking), & English Language
Salary Range: 8-10 LPA
