The incumbent would be a part of the CoE function which looks after R&R, PMS, HR Policies, Talent Acquisition, Campus Program etc
Key Responsibilities :
- Preparing monthly HR reports, responsible for the dashboard & HR analytics
- Market intelligence gathering and competitive benchmarking for various HR processes/policies
- Handling the R&R portal
- Providing necessary support for TA - screening, interview scheduling, documentation, onboarding, etc
- Providing necessary support for the Campus Program
- Taking care of HR projects end to end
Person Requirement :
- MBA with 3-4 years of relevant HR experience
- Good grasp of MS Office (specifically MS Excel)
- Good communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Experience in TA would be an added advantage
