Executive - Employee Relations & Compliance

Looking for an ER and Compliance Executive

Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- The ER & Compliance position is a mix of both Commercial & Employment laws. Experience in Enquiries, Investigation, Drafting Contracts, Report Preparation.

- Contracts and Agreement- Person will be responsible for preparing vendor, Business contracts and will act as custodian of all contracts.

- Employee Relations - Strong in Disciplinary Action Management to handle such cases across all business Verticals, Conducting Enquiries and Investigations, preparing Detailed report.

- POSH and COEC - Central Coordinator for POSH and CoEC cases. Thorough understanding of POSH Act and the requirement under the Act. Drive, reporting and conclude all CoEC related issues.

- Statutory Compliances - Strong knowledge of Statutory compliances mainly PF and ESIC is an added advantage.

- Litigation - Point of contact for Legal Notices, Conciliation or court case related matter

- Expert in MS - Excel, Legal drafting and communication and very detailed oriented.

- Strong team player and collaborator.

- Experience in liasioning with Govt offices is an added advantage

- Safety - Act as a central Safety officer for the Smollan group companies. Ensuring timely safety cascades and trainings Safety reporting and follow ups.
