Executive - Due Diligence - Contractual

BNC is hiring for a well-known group for due diligence role for Delhi location on contractual basis

1. Understanding of the business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges etc. of the target company

2. Analyzing historic and current financial information

3. Analyzing projections and assumptions used for the same

4. Identification of deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues

5. Analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. CAs/SQ CAs/CA drop out having 2-3 years experience in due diligence
