Executive Director Transformation

- Define the Business Consulting GTM (Go to Market) proposition for partnership with vision of the member firms for BCM (Banking and Capital Markets)

- Building the right business consulting capability (skills and competencies) for the BCM Sector in line with the Market trends and demand

- Lead all aspects of the BCM business consulting competency including hiring, personnel development, training, utilization, investments into future focus areas, relationship building with key stakeholders across the Globe

- Partner with the member firms across the Globe in responding to RFP pursuits and large strategic proposals

- Be responsible for the growth of the Business Consulting competency at GDS for the BCM sector
