Executive Director - Trade & Transaction Reporting Operations - Investment Banking

Our client - a leading global investment bank is looking for an Executive Director (Change the Bank) for its Trade & Transaction Reporting Operations (TTRO) in Mumbai. TTRO is engaged in the development of platforms and processes supporting upcoming regulatory changes.

- The role will require execution of operations processes, process management and project efforts and the individual may be part of a team of specialists operating within a region / product.

- The candidate displays Detailed knowledge of the processes, projects, systems, markets and instruments that influence; Analyses ambiguous or complex issues, identifies root causes and proposes future actions

- Ensures completion of Compliance Courses and Policies; Manage stakeholder relationships (BU partners, infrastructure departments, client contacts etc.)

- The candidate is expected to make plans to adapt control processes and procedures of changing regulatory environment; Identify levels of control and measures required, building a strong and flexible workflow

- Ensure existence of mitigating controls, combine escalation and suggestions on risk reduction strategies.
