Job Description: Executive Director - Tendering, Procurement, and Operations EPC
Reports To: Managing Director / Board of Directors
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 20+ years in construction, infrastructure, or EPC sectors with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.

Role Overview:
- The Executive Director (ED) - Tendering, Procurement, and Execution/Operations is responsible for the holistic management and strategic direction of the company's business development, tendering, procurement, and project execution functions.
- This leadership role ensures seamless integration of commercial, operational, and execution strategies to drive profitability, client satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate techno-commercial excellence and track record of success in business growth and profitability in the civil construction EPC segment.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Masters/MBA graduate preferred).
- Proven expertise in tendering, procurement, and large-scale project execution within the construction or EPC industry with average size of Rs 200 Cr.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage high-value projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of construction contracts and project management.
