Executive Director - Real Estate Project Management

Job Description :

The Executive Director will be part of Project Management team, which is responsible for managing operations and bringing in new business in Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

- Accountable for delivering results, drive revenue growth and EBITDA profitability.

- Develop and monitor world class and delivery-oriented strategies for implementation.

- Grow trust and build reputation for delivering memorable service with highest professional standards.

- Enhances company's reputation for delivering high-quality projects, on schedule and within budget.

- To establish a meeting schedule for all key projects in the region; carry out timely and effective audits on projects.

- Develop the organisation and teams as needed and prepare a disciplined management approach.

- Create positive climate where employees can develop and establish a cohesive working environment.

- Mentor and train project leaders and support to ensure delivery.

- Provide regular, tailored feedback to the Management.

- Apply Communication, Recruitment, Development and Training strategies for the region.

- To ensure delivery meets parameters for HSE / cost / time / quality.

- Effective utilisation and adoption of technology platforms, compliance to SOPs, processes and systems.

- Understand and collaborate with regional and national leaders for developing business.

- Responsible for generating new leads and business.

- Level of Authority. All authority to ensure project / company deliverables

- Collaborate with Clients on regular basis to take feedback on areas of improvement and follow up with various teams on the same.

- Advise the senior leadership on all technical matter with the best solution in the industry.
