Executive Director - Project Management - Consulting

- Looking for a leadership role for one of the renowned firm - someone with a background of either civil engineering or mechanical engineering who has handled large projects related to real estate, infrastructure or metal/ mining's .

-Expertise in managing a wide range of project activities such as estimating, process, stakeholder management, resource management and cost trends, completing bid forms, driving Value Engineering.

- Strong relationship management & communication with an ability to identify & network with Project Members, Consultants, Site Engineers, Clients, Vendors, Suppliers, Supervisors, Contractors.

- Involved in various Feasibility study, FEED and Detail Engineering Projects of Oil & Gas Industry.

- Comprehensive expertise in various Project Management process areas such as Planning, Scheduling, Cost

- Controlling, Estimation, Procurement, Risk Management, Communication, Coordination, Execution Management and Project Closure Management.
