Executive Director/Partner - Testing Services

- We are hiring for our client, who is a British multinational professional services network headquartered in London, England.

- It is the largest professional services network by revenue and number of professionals in the world and is considered one of the Big Four accounting firms.

- We are looking for an Executive Director / Business Partner for our Client's Testing Services team.

- Ideal candidate has 18+ years of experience and possesses a unique skill set that includes Software Testing, Quality Assurance, Large Scale Testing Services Management, Quality Management, Global Delivery Engagements, Test Strategies, Test Planning, Automation Frameworks, Test Consulting, and Test Delivery.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Define the strategic direction for software testing services: test consulting, quality engineering, test delivery

- Support GTM / Business development for Testing

- Lead the account management initiative across domestic accounts / GICs

- Managing the service line financials across Revenue and sales

- Hiring Deploying and managing resources for testing

- Coaching, mentoring and grooming the testing team

- Monitor the firm and program level risks and plan for mitigation

- Ideating and Supporting the test assets creation and development of services for the next gen testing.

- Measure and monitor testing service level metrics such as target adherence, profitability, utilization.

- Experience and Knowledge on Test consulting, test process models would be a huge advantage.

- Managing large test deliveries in the International /Domestic geographies

- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery

- Estimate the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project.
