Executive Director - Management - University

- Integrate and advance the University's vision, mission and core values into the administration, operation, and planning of the Management Faculty/Cluster, while stimulating and supporting excellence and integrity in teaching, learning, research, and University service, and foster the spirit of innovation among the staff and the students.

- Play a proactive role in increasing the funding support to the Management Cluster through government, industry and other funding sources, besides meticulously working in collaboration with academic, industry and public sector partners to further enhance the research profile of the Faculty and expand and improve its infrastructure.

- Promote the research initiatives of Management faculty members and ensure that their contributions are known and celebrated within the University and the broader community, and help build effective relationships, promote and advocate for the Faculty to a broad spectrum of stakeholders, including senior administration, associate deans, department chairs, faculty and staff, students, alumni, professional associations, the media, community leaders, and educational and other key institutions, locally, nationally and internationally.

- Ensure that the recruitment and appointment processes are undertaken with the aim to attract the best of faculties, together with promoting consultancy and supervising the University team to deliver the projects assigned.
