Executive Director - Capital Market


Key Responsibilities:

Project and Delivery Management:

- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Management Consulting Services across a portfolio of projects within the BFSI sector.

- Manage and lead a team of 300+ resources, ensuring timely delivery, P&L management, and quality standards.

- Ensure effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes are in place for all projects.

- Continuously monitor and improve delivery processes and methodologies to drive operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.

- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and ensure alignment with delivered solutions.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive solutions and insights to drive client success.

- Conduct regular business reviews and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Management Consulting:

- Provide expert consulting services to BFSI clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.

- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and help clients navigate digital transformation initiatives.

- Lead business analysis and problem-solving efforts, helping clients identify areas for optimization and innovation.

Sales and Business Development:

- Lead Sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

- Drive the expansion of the portfolio by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.

- Participate in RFP responses, engage in client discussions, and create winning proposals that meet both client requirements and organizational goals.

Financial Management:

- Own the $15 million + USD portfolio, ensuring profitability and responsible financial management.

- Track financial performance, including revenue, margin, and cost optimization.

- Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising delivery quality.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.

- Foster a high-performance culture through continuous learning, development, and employee engagement.

- Support resource allocation and workforce planning to meet current and future project demands.

Process Improvement and Innovation:

- Continuously assess and enhance delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in IT service delivery.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly within the BFSI sector.

Required Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Banking and Financial Services industry, including regulatory requirements, technology trends, and client expectations.

Experience:

- 20+ years of experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio (over $15 million USD) in the BFSI domain.

- Experience in managing teams of 300+ professionals across multiple locations.

- Strong expertise in management consulting, stakeholder management, and IT delivery.

- Prior experience in Sales and business development, including successful client engagements.
