Executive Director/CEO - West

Job Description:

- Legally responsible for multiple plant operations, P&L and factory acts and compliance.

- Board Member-Providing leadership to the board for governance ,setting policy , strategic planning ,capital investment , issuing preferential shares , developing the agenda with the Promoter ,Chief Executive & Company Secretary.

- Adherence to compliance with all regulatory, statutory, EHS and quality requirements at the plant

- Collaborate with functional departments in the implementation of improvements. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to government rules and regulations.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements mandated by factory directorate, PCB and Labour department
