Job Description - Reporting into a Director, your responsibilities would include:

- Effectively supervising the day to day activities of the group dealing with Settlements, Confirmations, Client issue resolutions, Trade Capture and Fund Management.

- Being a part of strategic projects and working on platform capability improvements

- Working closely with stakeholders within the business to ensure that there is an open dialog between operations and the business.

- Making sure that the department is functioning within a defined risk framework and optimize efficiencies for the department.

- Managing client relationships with an outlook for long term partnership to ensure the business is sustainable.

- Managing the review and appraisal cycles for the department.

The Successful Candidate - Preferably holding a Masters degree with at least 15+ years of settlements/reconciliations experience within large investment banks or Hedge Funds. You should have solid knowledge of Securities operations, Trade processing and Reconciliation with a sound understanding of Fund operations. Technical aspects relating to Broker Matching, Regulatory environment and upcoming changes is a must. You should have led large teams(100+) with senior stakeholder management experience, and showcase outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
