Our client a well funded startup provides solution to the growing problem of lack of direction in the lives of today's youth. They connect students/professionals with Industry experts. Mentees can book an online session with the Mentor of their choice and seek Mentoring for choosing the right career path or for that crucial decision-making during the mid-career crisis on how to grow up the corporate ladder/ seek desired growth and more.
They are looking for a self-motivated Business Development professional who will be taking care of the sales operations in US.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of annual sales plan.
- Implement sales strategies.
- Sales forecast & reporting.
- Target data base update.
- Get Mentors on board that fits Intercell's 18 carrier fields options.
- Maintain efficient relationship with Universities/Colleges & get Intercell on college curriculum.
- Create & manage B2B/Corporates sales.
- Strategic marketing inputs/ help Marketing team & give market inputs to create efficient lead generation.
Requirements:
- Preferred from education & B2B background.
- Must have Digital Sales Experience 5+ years.
Must be a local citizen of the country (US).
- Good networking skills & must have Industry Knowledge.
- Self-motivated with team Leading skills.
