- Delivery of Top line and Bottom line as budgeted in her/his region
- Manage Business Creation activity within agreed budget
- Carry our cost benefit analysis
- Identify the opportunities through analytical process
- Is able to finalize the budget
- Keep updates/knowledge of the market and latest products of interest
- Carry out SWOT analysis of new customers and decide whether to add or delete the prospect
- Ensure compliance to ISO requirements
- Forecast based on market dynamics
- Knowledge of competitors and customers and their demand
- Thorough knowledge of various agreements, product specification with the customers
- Knowledge of competitor products, specification, capacities, supply chain etc and is able to suggest alternatives to the customers based on their requirement for these products
- Knowledge of raw material price trends, currency movement etc
- Knowledge about customers end use
- Knowledge about the various tariff barriers; is able to calculate the total cost of transaction including the intangible costs based on long term plans
- Identify customer concerns and evaluate its impact on the long term business plan of the organization
- Create business with Indian MNC's operating in her/his region on his own
- Maintain relevant and structured MIS and provide required information immediately
- Interact independently with customers, external agencies etc
- Good command of language and can represent the organization inside /outside
- Prepare presentation and present in front of customers
