Position: Executive Assistant to VP- HR/ VP-Operations
Job Description:
- Create documents and PowerPoint presentations
- Provide a wide variety of support which may include research and data analysis tasks, preparation of reports and recommendations, and coordination between departments and outside parties.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; analytical abilities in order to gather, organize, summarize and report information; and strict attention to detail in creating communications and presentations.
- Work closely with HOD on issues/projects of a highly confidential nature.; maintain strict confidentiality.
- Interface with internal stakeholders like HR, Finance & Admin on various needs.
- Should be assertive in handling situations without compromising respect to individual.
- Must be able to plan and organize team meetings, events and top management visits
- Flair to deal and interact with leadership team.
Education : Top MBA preferred.
Experience : minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Competency Requirements:
- Ability to work with minimal or no supervision and independently identify priorities
- Excellent organizational and office administration skills
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize workload appropriately
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Candidates with consulting co.s (EY,Delloitte,PWC,KPMG etc) are preffered
