The candidate will be responsible for-
- To effectively carry out analysis or assignments based on Manager's directives
- Update monthly business reports & presentations
- Organize Monthly Direct Report Meetings, preparing its agenda and circulation
- Review & prioritize incoming correspondence and work on action required.
- Follow ups - tracking business exigency, work deadlines, deals, agreements, meeting requests, etc
- Generating MIS - measuring personnel performance, achievement against plan across regions, unit performance, region maps, comparative analysis over various aspects of sales
- Retrieve data reports related to functions performed by the analyst team on a weekly basis, prepare submissions, policy drafts & routine submissions
