Executive Assistant To Plant Head - Manufacturing - IIT/NIT

EA TO PLANT HEAD (OVERSEAS)

- You will be responsible for managing the operations on the plant floor while increasing production and revenue. Organization goal, Strategy, Business Development, New products and new markets etc.

- You will oversee daily operating reports, budgets and increase production by providing leadership and developing strategic plans.

- You should be a strong leader with an analytical mind and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

- Design, analyze and communicate MIS (Analytics/ Dashboard)

- Conduct Business Environment/ Competitor/ Industry scan and identify business opportunities and risks for regular reviews with the MD.

- Conduct Primary and Secondary research for a new product line and new markets.

- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations

- Ensure all compliance needs are met

- Optimize productive time for employees by eliminating unnecessary processes

- Report and track expenses to reduce costs

- Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE from IIT's or NIT with 3 to 5 yrs of similar & quality Exp. with growing manufacturing groups/ Corporates & known for latest in Technology, Processes, Automation, Certifications, reporting etc.

2. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

3. Strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams

4. Strict adherence to company standards and safety procedures

5. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

6. Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills

7. Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead

8. Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 30 pounds

9. Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

10. In-depth knowledge of industry and its place in the market

11. Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

12. Excellent conflict-resolution and decision-making abilities
