Executive Assistant to Director Operations (Business Analyst) - Manufacturing

- You will be responsible for supporting the Director Operations in managing the executive function and help track all the projects, initiatives, decisions, sales leads and actions to be determined and pursued.

- Providing strategic and analytical assistance to Director Operations & overall strategy

- Formulating action plans for developing, implementing and monitoring new business strategies/initiatives for the organization

- Working with a defined set of functions and businesses and assisting them in developing an annual road map with the consensus of the Director Operations

- Drafting strategic reports and presentations for Director Operations - market research, competitor analysis and internal papers

- Analyzing cost, quality and operational data for benchmark study and facilitating implementation

- Responsible for weekly forecasting of company cost and taking necessary steps for mitigation of costs

- Conducting market attractive assessment including customer segmentation, market estimation, competitor assessment and pricing for a new market

- Providing strategic insight to various parts of the business, aimed either at unlocking a future avenue of growth, or solving a key business problem

- Preparing corporate updates on performance highlights and upcoming projects

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. B.E/ B.Tech (IIT/NIT) with MBA in Operations (FMS/MDI/XLRI MDI/ISB/IIM) is preferred

2. Strong business acumen - understands the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals of the organization

3. Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment Comprehensive knowledge on the industry

4. Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office

6. Strong follow-up, communication and presentation skills

7. Ability to connect the dots to identify opportunities and convince the PCH

8. Exemplary planning and time management skills

9. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

10. Exceptional analytical skills and project management skills

11. Proactive and disciplined go-getter who can drive results

12. Dynamic personality who has pursued a passion till date
