One of leading FMCG industry is looking for :Strategy and Performance Executive Assistant to MD.

Location: Hyderabad.

- The role holder is responsible for assisting organization leadership in tracking organization performance metrics.

- The role also includes conducting market benchmarking and sharing valuable insights with organization leadership to support decision making.

Job Description:

Key Responsibility Areas:

1 Organization Performance Review.

- Collaborate with functional heads for collation of data for business performance reviews, perform in-depth analysis, and present strategic insights to leadership.

- Ensure business performance reviews are conducted with MD and functional heads as per defined frequency.

- Assist HR in implementation of performance management for first few cycles.

2 Financial Plan Reviewing.

- Collaborate with Finance to develop a capital and business plan in line with the organization business strategy.

- Track and ensure on-time achievement of milestones for strategic projects, at the cost fixed by the Management.

3 Strategic Development and Execution.

- Assist in development and co-creation of strategic growth plans for Prayagh by collaborating with MD and functional heads.

- Assist in high level decision making , by providing strategic inputs from market and business analytics.

- Drive the implementation of long-term business strategies, under the strategic direction of the MD.

- Coordinate with functional heads for execution of strategic projects envisioned by the leadership for their respective functions.

4 Competitive Analysis.

- Conduct analysis of business environment /market trends, and monitor competitor activities to provide timely communication to leadership for reviewing the business strategy.

- Ensure that business strategic planning are in alignment to the organizational strategic priorities.

Qualification and Experience.

- Master's degree in business administration, management, strategy, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 5+ years in strategic planning, business analysis, or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to think critically during strategy design.

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Technical competencies.

- Strategic Planning Proficiency in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic plans, including goal setting, performance measurement, and progress tracking.

- Market and Competitor Analysis Proficiency in conducting industry research to gain insights about market trends and competitor strategies.

- Project Management Proficiency in project management methodologies, and tools to effectively plan, and execute strategic projects and initiatives.

- Financial Analysis Understanding of financial statements and metrics to evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives.

- Risk Assessment Ability to identify and assess potential risks and opportunities associated with strategic initiatives, and define mitigating measures.

- Data Analysis Strong analytical skills including statistical analysis, trend identification, and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.

- Presentation Skills Ability to effectively communicate and discuss strategic initiatives with relevant stakeholders.
