- Performing focused research and assist MD in developing and implementing business strategy for new businesses and expansion.
- Assist MD in various marketing initiatives like customer newsletter, identifying potential customers and send mails for discussion opening to generate sales lead.
- Ensuring the strategic initiatives are driven across the organization and key projects are tracked and monitored.
- Be involved in strategy discussions and planning for the company including budgeting, sales growth, efficiency improvement, systems development etc.
- Be attentive to the market trend, new initiatives, competition tracking and sharing the same on a timely basis with the management.
- Work closely with all Department Heads to understand the current status and P&L and drive strategic programs across businesses.
- Study required reports and share key insights on internal audit reports, legal reports, HR reports etc.
- Ensure closure of discussions and action items from review / strategy / leadership meetings.
- Maintains MD's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel with internal and external clients.
- Need to handle highly confidential information and therefore must be able to work with sensitive information in a professional manner.
Candidate should be from Premium B-School.
