Executive Assistant to MD - Real Estate

CANDIDATES FROM CHENNAI/SOUTH INDIA PREFERRED.

Experience of Real Estate would be an added advantage. Must be willing to travel a lot.

MBA : Specialization in Finance & Operations. Business Analysis.

Experience : 3+ Years in Management role in any segment of Industry Preferably from Real Estate or Construction Industry.

Role: Reporting to MD

Must have skills -

- Must be strong in Operational Strategies

- Must be strong in People Management

- Must be good in Vendor Management

- Must be strong in Budgeting and execution

- Must be strong in Credit analysis

- Must be strong in Financial Analysis

- Knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions

- Business acumen, Investments and ROI

- Strong oral, written and presentation skills

- Strong in using analytical tools and ERP

- MIS and Business Analysis
