Executive Assistant To MD - 1 Year Contract | Global Manufacturing firm

Our client is the largest manufacturing company based out of Gurgaon with many dealers across India and exporting their products to SAARC countries..

As the EA (strategic) to MD - 1 Year Contract, you will be responsible for setting up dashboards and creating MISes for all departments

Responsibilities:

- Showing active involvement in Cross functional team for drawing up of Annual Operating Plan

- Providing and interpreting business information; MIS

- Preparating of Profitability forecasts- Sales & Costs

- Leading Cost Improvements initiatives

- Monitoring and reporting progress of strategic and annual business plan implementation

- Assisting in preparing strategic presentations, coordinating business and team reviews and daily reports

- Preparing and driving business analytics including Financial analytics

- Assisting in analyzing & providing inputs for current and future business operations and plans

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

Education: Tier 1 MBA (IIMs etc) with 5 + years of Exp in Manufacturing Setup

- Experience in coordination with management teams

- Good communication skills

- Systematic & problem solving approach.

- Preferred Industry: Consulting Companies

- Should have prior exp in data analytics

Female candidates preferred

- This is a contractual employment role. 1 year contract to start with, may be extended after that. The role offers flexi-working option and people can opt for a mix of work from home and office.
