Executive Assistant to MD - FMCG

EA to MD

Responsibilities:

- Provide analytical and strategic support to the MD to enable decision making on issues related to group's businesses

- Review MIS with a strategic orientation for drawing attention of the MD to critical issues

- Assist MD in preparation for Board Meetings & monthly MIS to Chairman's Office

- Anticipate demands on MD's time and take proactive initiatives

- Improve momentum of decision making by reducing cycle time

- Bridge strategic information gap

- Drive Management Committee meetings in the Group

Requirements:

- CA/ MBA from premier institute

- At least 4-5 years experience

- FMCG / Consumer experience is an advantage

- Prior experience as an EA

- Consulting / strategic bent of mind

- Financial analytical ability

- Excellent communication skills
