Raam Group's CEO-in-Training program is aimed at prospective managers whose career aspiration is to be a CEO. We believe aligning with leaders at early stage is a key factor to become a great CEO. We mentor the next generation of CEOs through this unique program by investing significant time and resources to support and create future leaders for our business units. Raam Group will then promote exceptional candidate coming out of this program as frontrunner for CEO position.

As a CEO-in-Training, you will be shadowing MD/CEO in Executive Assistant role, allowing yourself to take executive-level responsibilities and learning management tools required to be a successful CEO. You- ll be given real responsibility - and be expected to own it. Our promote-from-within culture enables you to have many unique careers all within the group companies. Post-Training first position can be either a CEO or GM Role

CEO - Reporting Directly to MD and handling a business

GM - Full P&L responsibility for a business division

Skill Sets:

The candidate is expected to have strong business acumen with leadership abilities. Good understanding of Business Strategy, Business Operations & Financials. Resilience to withstand pressure and deliver results. Positive Attitude and flexible in terms of hours of work.

Experience:

2-5 years in Operations.

Qualification:

- MBA from Premier Institutes preferably.
