Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Acting as the point of contact between the MD and all business heads and stakeholders (internal or external)
- Support to Managing Director on Business Strategy, Planning, Analysis, Growth & Change Management, Budgeting, Valuation, MIS & Dashboards for decision making
- The ideal candidate is articulate, forward-thinking with a demonstrated ability to proactively anticipate needs, analyze opportunities, and assess market forces impacting our organization's growth strategy
- Maintain ongoing analysis of competitive landscape and industry trends. Develop strategic recommendations using intelligence to achieve & sustain market leadership
- Develop strategic communications for internal and external audiences.
- Be a strategic thought partner to help define the future of the company's position in the industry landscape through a deep understanding of the business & market trends

- Work with functional heads and devise strategic plans to enhance operations; implemented measures in operating procedures to optimize resource / quality/ process/ capacity utilization.
