Executive Assistant to MD

Position Summary:

The profile requires close working with the MD along with respective business heads in order to achieve strategic objectives. The profile requires multi tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management.

The Profile is ideal for someone looking to start their career in the financial services industry and gain complete understanding of all aspects of business.

The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P& L understanding; data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.

Functions/Responsibilities:

- Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise

- To monitor tasks delegated by MD to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines

- Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables

- External & Internal interface on behalf of MD

- Helping in business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders

- Business data analysis

- Act as the HR executive in the company and assist in recruitments and staff management

- Assist the MD with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions

Specifications:

- Qualification required: Fresher CA/MBS/Engineer with Business Acumen

- Should have excellent Business understanding skills

- Proficient in MS Office (ESP Power point and Excel)

- A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills

- High On Integrity

- Excellent Written, Oral Communication Skills and Analytical skills.

- Should have good sense of time management, planning & organizing, judgment and analysis

- Adaptability / comfort in coordination / interaction with internal and external customers

Compensation [Annual Package of Rs. 500000 – 520000 p.a. for Fresher]
