Executive Assistant to Managing Director - Steel Manufacturing

This is a key role, which supports the growth plans and ongoing operations management for iSteel. The executive assistant to the managing director will provide high-level strategic inputs for decision making, and liaison with the senior management team to drive the implementation of critical initiatives in the organization.

Major Responsibilities -

- Liaise with multiple teams - both internal and external, and manage complex projects on behalf of the management

- Providing support by data collection, report analysis and offering key insights

- Support in business analysis and strategic planning

- Monitoring and driving change management initiatives at the organizational level

- Assisting in meetings by preparing pre-meeting briefs, note taking and follow up actions
