- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Regular interaction with Spain Team
- Excellent in English communication and written skills
- Superior interpersonal communicational skill
- Pleasant, polite and self motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to multi-task and work independently and without supervision
- Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports and other confidential materials arrange travel and managing expenses
- May be required to schedule and attend confidential Management and board meetings, prepare agendas, and transcribe or distribute minutes
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Updating the MD on key organisational issues when he/she is out of office
- Handling business escalations and relevant service requests
- Business Plans and presentations collation
- Answer and respond to calls/schedules and mails, providing high level of Services
- May respond on behalf of the MD at times and take proactive measures where required
- Candidates with 3 -5 yrs exp with excellent communication skill can apply
