Executive Assistant To Managing Director - Strategic role

Would you be keen to explore a strategic role with our fast growing client into logistic and FMCG domain.

The brief of the role is mentioned below but is not limited to the same

- Directly reporting to Executive Director and point of contact between other departments

- Drive key strategic initiatives of the Executive Director and be the SPOC to ensure day to day operations of the entire organization

- Works on executive level presentations, reports and other review documents as and when required and present the same within the agreed time line

- Will participate in various board meetings, senior stake holder meetings, review meetings as mandated by the Execuitve Director and will draft agendas, minutes of the meetings, follow up on actionable as part of the meeting.

- Will be actively involved in various special projects that are part of the Executive Director office and will be in touch with HOD's and other concerned colleagues to follow up on work progress, deadlines and project updates.

- Will be responsible to coordinate with various departments, HOD's, Business Heads on the work assigned to them by the Director and get timely updates from them and share it with the Director and report back feedback and communication from the Director to them for further action.

Required Candidate profile : 

- Candidate should possess good leadership/Managerial capabilities to lead a team of senior professionals

- Business analysis skills and ability to put up effective presentations as required by business

- Demonstrated ability to work with numbers, churn data, research reports and submit meaningful reports.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must

- Should be mature enough to handle confidential information that is part of the Executive Director's office
