DESIGNATION: Manager - Executive Assistant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule business/ team meetings, conferences, teleconferences with the MD&CEO as required
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality for any critical information known from the management
- Responsible for the various business projects assigned and documenting outcomes of projects and keeping track of the on-going projects by the MD & CEO
- Conserves MD & CEO's time by reading, researching, routing correspondence, drafting letters, speeches, collecting & analyzing information.
- Maintaining the overall work plan and project plans, tracking key tasks, critical path and budgets
- Preparing regular monthly business reports, MIS, analytics for business/ teams as assigned
- Maintain high quality professional communications, accurate editing & proof-reading collaterals for business.
- Maintain Productive relationships at senior level within the organisation and at Group level
- Assist and coordinate for internal and external reporting data requirements for Business Reviews, Senior Management Meetings, Board Meetings and business audits
- Record business meet discussions
- Work towards the Strategic Initiatives as assigned by the senior management Relevant Skills,
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision
- Fair understanding of Investment Banking and Institutional Equities businesses
- Self-driven with ability to work long hours under tight deadlines with very high attention to detail
- Ability to connect with senior officials
- Self Initiation to learn and understand the business
- Well versed with key Financial and Analytical skills, Fluency in Ms Excel and Powerpoint
- Organize work, manage multiple projects, coordinate with different people, meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and process discipline
- Drive things for a successful closure
- Positive attitude, Ability to listen, learn and understand
- Ability to articulate complex in a clear, concise and compelling manner.
EXPERIENCE: The candidate must have 0-1year of relevant experience or willingness to take up this role. Career Progression will be to move to Investment Banking in couple of years.
QUALIFICATION - MBA from Tier I or II MBA college
