Desired Candidate Profile
The profile requires close working with the Management Team along with respective business heads in order to achieve strategic objectives. The profile requires multi tasking, ability to conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data. The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges facing the senior management. The ideal candidate should have abilities in business acumen; strategy formulation and P&L understanding; data comprehension & inference development; project management & team working.
Job Description -
- Assist & coordinate the strategy planning exercise
- Contribute to the overall development of the Group and its activities
- To monitor tasks delegated by Management to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines
- Co-ordinating Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables
- External & Internal interface on behalf of Management Team
- Helping in business presentations & tie up with internal & external stakeholders.
- Business data analysis
- Assist the Management with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions
- Set up meetings and appointments, organizing venues and hospitality for visitors etc.
- Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information
- Ensure statutory requirements are identified and met
- Undertake mailings and communication as directed by the Managing Director
- Contribute to the overall development of the Group and its activities
