Executive Assistant to MD
Role & Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and weekly reports (including MIS) for all verticals of the business in coordination with respective business heads
- Analysis and tracking of offices and retail performance parameters for reporting to the Managing Director in agreed rhythm and detail
- Collation of annual budgets in liaison with respective business heads in a timely manner
- Custody of deliverables for each business unit as stipulated in various business reviews and progress tracking thereof
- Preparation of feasibility studies, presentations to various internal and external stakeholders as required
- Stakeholder management - aligning internal and external teams and units according to set rhythm and patterns for periodic reviews as per guidance of the management
- Structuring, prioritizing and managing information flow from business units and external sources for the managing director
- Any other reasonable and associated tasks from time-to-time as required
- Scheduling all appointments, meetings and coordinating with other HODs, making & compiling minutes of meetings.
Qualifications & Experience - Post-graduate/MBA in any discipline from Tier1/Tier2 College
- MS Office (complete with mid-advanced MS Excel ability)
- Operative knowledge of Finance
- Desirable but not mandatory: Exposure to Commercial Real Estate
